The Play View provides an intuitive entry point, offering distraction-free access to both professional presets and your own custom patches. The dual XY control lets you manipulate the plugin’s macro controls in real time, giving you hands-on expressiveness over your sounds.

The Stream

At the heart of Current is the Stream, a cloud-connected platform packed with thousands of samples, wavetables, and presets. The Stream is continually updated with new content, allowing you to preview, download, and favorite new patches, wavetables, and samples as they become available, all within the instrument itself.

The Synthesizer

Current combines five powerful sound engines—two spectral wavetable oscillators, an additive sub-engine, a granular synthesizer, and a time-stretching sampler. Together with extensive modulation options and integrated MIDI effects, it creates a seamless sound design environment.
